At Sampti®, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and are able to provide the highest level of responsiveness.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time is divided into two periods:

1) Processing time:

Within 48 hours of receiving your order, it is examined, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.

2) Delivery time:
Once the parcel has been picked up by our transport company, it is forwarded to :

United States: 5-8 working days
France: 6-10 working days
Netherlands: 5-8 working days
Germany: 5-8 working days
Poland: 6-10 working days
United Kingdom: 5-8 working days
Ireland: 6-10 working days
Sweden: 6-10 working days
Norway: 6-10 working days

*All delivery times do not include customs delays. There may be delays during peak periods such as Covid, Christmas or Black Friday.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping to our customers worldwide.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your package may be sent in several shipments.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?

It can take up to 5 working days to update the location of your parcel. Please be patient. If the tracking number does not provide any information, please contact us!

Delivery if you're not at home or at the post office

If a parcel is delivered to your home or to a post office, Sampti will cover the cost of delivery. If the parcel is not accepted or not collected by the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct the shipping costs from the amount you receive back.

Defective or misdelivered goods

Defective or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to the supplier in writing within 7 days of receipt. If this period is exceeded, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns and refunds. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
