DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times are divided into two phases:

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 48 hours. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

2. Delivery Time:
Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within the following timeframe:

  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

Please note: Customs processing, holidays, and high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, public health emergencies) may affect delivery timelines.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

TRACKING ISSUES

Tracking numbers may take up to 5 business days to update. If tracking appears inactive after this period, please contact us at contact@sampti.com.


DELIVERY FAILURE / RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, refusal at delivery, or unclaimed from a pickup point, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. Please ensure all delivery information is correct and that someone is available to accept the package.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any product that is defective or incorrect must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
