30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy applies to all customers, including those using Klarna as a payment method.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sampti.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personalized or custom items
Beauty or hygiene products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
If you're unsure about a product, please reach out to us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return it first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days without needing to provide a reason. Items must meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (including Klarna where applicable) within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Klarna Users
If you paid via Klarna, your refund will be processed through Klarna. Klarna will notify you once the refund has been issued. For Klarna-specific questions, visit www.klarna.com.
